Rule 3
Matters to be disclosed by the manager while giving notice
: In addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act, the manager who conducts risky business or work shall also disclose the following details when giving notice to the labor office:-
(a) Time of operation of the establishment,
(b) Working hours and daily working hours of the establishment,
(c) the date on which the establishment carried on the hazardous business or operation,
(d) the number, name, age and address of the workers employed in the establishment,
(e) Services provided to workers on behalf of the establishment,
(f) Remuneration and other facilities given to the workers (g) Contact address of the establishment,
(h) Provisions relating to health and safety.
